Andreas Weddings Package

Andrea offers a complete celebrancy package designed to create the perfect wedding ceremony on your special day. When you book Andreas Weddings Package, you have full and unlimited access to her knowledge, resources, expertise, professionalism and friendliness for the planning of your wedding day.

Upon making a booking, you will receive a booklet which includes Andrea's book of ceremony options, a statement of fees/contract, and much more.

The package includes:

  • Wedding ceremony booking form.
  • Invoice/Contract - $200 deposit payment.
  • The ceremony format will be outlined and together we will design your wedding ceremony.
    You will receive a book of ceremonies, which contains ideas for many weddings ceremonies which you can mix and match, including poems and reading. You can write your own marriage messages, or Andrea can assist you with writing original material. (Andrea is happy to have as much or as little involvement in the designing of your ceremony as you wish.)
  • All legal requirements will be outlined to you, making sure you understand them, answer any questions you have, and complete and lodge all necessary paperwork.
  • Lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage form which you will need your full original Birth certificates, (must be completed at least 1 month and 1 day prior to your wedding).
  • Ensure all legal requirements are carried out in accordance to the law.
  • Consultations via phone, email, skype, or in person, as required to complete the arrangements for your ceremony.
  • A full rehearsal at the venue if required.
  • You will receive a presentation ceremony booklet.
  • The use of a ring pillow.
  • The use of a wishing well for your reception.
  • Provide a signing table and tablecloth and chairs.
  • A feather pen or a simple elegant pen.

Schedule

First Meeting
The first appointment will take approximately 1 and a half hours. Completed during the appointment:

Second Meeting
  • Design a unique wedding ceremony with care and attention-to-detail in what is important to you.
  • Andrea will explain how you to apply for your official marriage certificate from the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
  • Form 14 Statutory declarations will be completed and signed.
  • A run sheet for the wedding day will be completed for you and others involved in the wedding ceremony.
  • Rehearsal details will be discussed and arranged
Third Meeting - Rehearsal
  • Choreograph the ceremony.
  • Talk with other parties involved in the ceremony.
  • Music must be available at this stage so as to check sound equipment.
  • Confirm all details for the wedding day.
  • All paper work must finalised at this time if not completed prior.
  • Please note: full payment is required to proceed with your wedding as planned if not already paid.
The Wedding Day
  • Andrea will arrive at the wedding ceremony venue 30 minutes prior to commencement.
  • Solemnisation of Marriage by Andrea, a fully qualified Authorised Marriage Celebrant.
  • You will be given a Presentation Marriage Certificate.
  • Use of a PA system with a wireless microphone.
  • A mini ceremony, such as a sand or a candle ceremony, can be performed during your wedding.

There are no hidden extra costs, however if the distance to the venue is further than 60km to and from Andrea's office, travel costs may be incurred.
